Broadly speaking, the course covers three areas:
1. Intellectual Skills - content, planning, structure, writing, et cetera.
2. Physical Skills - eye contact, gestures, movement, pausing, Listening, et cetera.
3. Interactive Skills - involving the audience, engaging the listener, crowd management, creating a dialogue, et cetera.

Within these three areas, the following components of the course are also covered over the two days
